This work wasn’t random for me. I started out with a Diploma in Community Services and a strong feeling that I wanted to do something that actually helped people cause I was so sick of how the system works.

I spent my early career as a case worker and court support officer at Melbourne’s women’s prison, supporting women through the justice system and helping them build practical skills, set goals and feel more supported returning to life outside.

During covid, my work shifted more into community support and that’s when I realised I wanted to go deeper than surface level. That led me into therapy training and specialised certifications so I could make a difference in as many ways as possible. 🦋

What’s your approach?

Very relaxed. Deeply human. Zero filter. Perhaps a little unorthodox.

Swearing is fine, memes are understood and dry, dark or unhinged humour is accepted. This is a space to talk things through honestly, without being analysed or told what you should do. We go at your pace, follow what matters most to you and keep it honest. We carry both the light and the dark at the same time. There’s room for both.

Wanna send me a mental health TikTok that feels relatable? I have an account for that.
Wanna lay in bed for your online session? amazing. love that for you.
Wanna take a pause to have a vape or go outside? all good. I’m not judging.
Wanna ask me about myself or where I stand on important issues without hearing some cop out “why do you feel that’s important?” answer? sure!

I want therapy to work for you. I wanna meet you where you are.
I don’t wanna be the enemy or some high and mighty fun police loser with a clipboard. I just want us to hang out, collaborate on issues and try some therapy modalities and techniques along the way.
