In-Person Therapy

  • → Cancelations within 24 hours are charged a full fee

    → Cancelations within 48 hours are charged a 50% fee

  • → Unfortunately, Medicare does not currently offer rebates for therapy sessions. However, I strive to keep my services affordable and competitive.

  • → Unfortunately my therapy services are not covered by Private Health.

  • Well, that depends! Some people prefer the odd sessions here or there to address specific concerns, while others find that long-term is most beneficial. I suggest starting with a 10 minute discovery call followed by an initial session to see if we’re a good fit, and from there, we can decide together what approach will work best. I am very honest and will tell you after the initial session if I feel you would be better helped by a colleague or someone in a different area of mental health. I’ll also let you know when I feel that you’re in a good place and can step back or drop to less sessions to save your money. Therapy is here to meet your needs at any given time.

    Think of this as an ongoing thing that ebbs and flows through various stages of your life. I will be someone who knows you well and is there to support you as your world evolves. Lots of people return to therapy over the years, even after extended breaks, whenever new challenges arise.

In person therapy is conducted in the north east or eastern suburbs of Melbourne at Eltham or Croydon.

Online Telehealth sessions are conducted virtually in the comfort of your own home. Much like in person therapy but you can chill in bed or on your lounge and its cheaper as there’s no therapy room rental :)
