Who are u???
I’m a therapist and community services worker with 12 years experience in the disability sector.
I come from a family of support workers and coordinators, so from a young age I have been extremely passionate about helping people with disabilities thrive and reach their goals.
Outside of my chat2kat practice, I continue to do support work for my two long term participants, as this is where a large part of my passion lies. In 2023 it occurred to me that I could combine my knowledge to help participants practice and build their capacity skills for emotional regulation, communication and stress management and take that knowledge into the community with them. So here we are 🦄

All services are billed under Capacity Building - Increased Social & Community Participation or Improved Daily Living, depending on your goals and plan 🦋
Or if we’re just doing regular support work, it will of course come from core social & community participation or daily living <3

Support focused on building emotional regulation skills, increasing self-awareness and developing practical coping strategies to manage stress and overwhelm in everyday situations.
Support to develop routines, structure and daily living strategies that support emotional stability, energy management and participation in everyday life.

✷ Nervous System & Stress Management Skills
Skill-building support to help participants understand stress responses and learn practical techniques to support regulation and calm during daily activities.
✷ Interpersonal & Communication Skills Support
Capacity building support to strengthen communication skills, boundaries and interpersonal confidence in everyday relationships and community settings.
